Friday Favorites

Happy Friday and Happy March, friends! I hope y'all had a great week!

-ONE-
Walker's class had a Royal Tea Party at preschool this week to celebrate them learning the letters Kk and Qq. He dressed up as Prince Charming (I found the costume here and the crown here) and it was the most adorable thing ever! Princess Charlotte, he's waiting for you! :)

-TWO-
I'm planning a Walmart Fashion Splurge vs. Save post for next week, but I wanted to go ahead and share three of my current favorite Walmart finds with y'all:

\\ This tissue tee ($11.88)

\\ These shorts ($8.46) for Walker (the left is actually a coral color but I couldn't get the color to come through correctly on my camera!)

\\ These H-band sandals ($7.98)

-THREE-
I shared a full ski trip recap here on Monday and then what I hope is a helpful ski trip packing list for adults and kids here on Wednesday. If you missed those, go take a peek!

-FOUR-
We've been trying to cut back on the kids' iPad usage lately (we got into a bad habit of it over the holidays) and so I've been trying to find creative ways to keep them occupied during the post-nap, pre-dinner CRAZY time. They played with stamps at BSF recently, so I ordered a roll of white Kraft paper from Amazon and Brandon's aunt (a former educator) sent us buckoos of stamps and ink pads from her teaching days. I just either use painter's tape to tape the paper to the kitchen table (or even just plop it the floor), dump out the baggies of stamps and let them go at it. And they really enjoy it!

-FIVE-
I picked this all-purpose cleaner up at Target on Monday (y'all, it's $1.59!) and I am completely obsessed with it! It smells so, so good and doesn't leave any streaks on my counters. Y'all need to get this stuff!

  1. I need that butcher paper! Ella is obsessed with coloring and stamping (although I’ve learned that that needs to be fully supervised—hello wall stamps!) Haha. Love those H sandals! I want a pair! Walmart is killing it lately with cute stuff! I feel like they never have my size in stock at mine when I’ve gone

    1. Thank you! I personally think so! They only come in whole sizes, so if you’re a half-size, I recommend sizing up. I’m usually an 8.5 and I sized up to a 9 and they work great.

  4. Your toes already look ready for summer! I saw that spray cleaner all over IG - the citrus scent version smells just like the famous Volcano candles. I have it and love it! Very fresh smelling and great on my granite.

    1. Yay! I'm so glad! I need to run by and see if they have it in any other colors. They had some cute options online, but some of the colors were only sold in store vs. online! :)
