Friday Favorites: First One for August + a Giveaway

Happy Friday, y'all! I can't believe this is my first Friday Favorites of August. I mean, where has the summer gone?!

Here are some of my favorites this week:

-ONE-
Did you catch my posts this week? I blogged about a recipe for Pineapple Zucchini Bread and some Mom Hacks I've picked up along the way. Go give them a read if you haven't already! :)

-TWO-
With Brandon traveling last week, life was just a bit crazy...and I couldn't get up to Sephora to buy my usual Living Proof Dry Shampoo. I was in a bind because I was totally out of my dry shampoo and goodness knows I need that stuff -- but especially when my husband is traveling and I don't have my extra set of eyes around that week. And, um, I'll confess that I only washed my hair on Sunday, July 23 and Thursday, July 27 that week. WHOOPSIES!

So, I ordered this dry shampoo on Amazon {seriously, what did we do before Prime?!} and I am obsessed with it! Not only was it cheaper than the Living Proof one I usually use, I actually think it works better. I love the smell and it leaves my hair with a hint of tackiness to it, making the second {or third or...} day hair look voluminous and perfectly styled. I had to share the dry shampoo love!

-THREE-
My mother-in-law framed this picture from our beach vacation and gave it to me last weekend. I have it on the table in our entryway and just love passing it each day. It was such a wonderful beach vacation {you can read my recaps here and here}...so much so that we just booked for next summer and I'm already counting down the days!

-FOUR-
How precious is this picture of Princess Charlotte curtseying on the family's recent tour of Germany and Poland? I mean, how adorable! {And I love how Kate dresses George and Charlotte!}

-FIVE-
Walker has been going strong on his bedtime sticker chart we instated this spring, and last week, for the first time, he got seven stickers -- one every morning! -- on his sticker chart. We were so happy and proud for him: seven nights of staying in his own bed without tantrums and waiting until his clock turned green. So, his reward was getting to pick out a toy from Toys 'R' Us! He picked out a toy fire truck and was just so proud of himself and so giddy with excitement that he slept with that dang thing for a week! I can't believe how big he's getting and am just so proud of his progress.

And now for the giveaway in partnership with Megan Made Designs: and this one is especially for teachers, teachers' aides, school nurses, school speech therapists, principals, assistant principals, MDO teachers, school office staff...or anyone you love who is one of those! {But please be honest, friends!} My mom was a teacher and, with back-to-school around the corner, I want to honor those of you who have one of the most important jobs on the planet.

I actually went to high school with Megan and have known her my entire life. She's the sweetest mama of two precious little boys and probably one of the craftiest people I know. She just opened her new business, Megan Made Designs, where she makes the cutest T-shirts for adults and kiddos, tote bags, and even little cut files that you can download and DIY!

Megan has been so sweet to give away one T-shirt of your choice to a lucky winner here {applicable to U.S. residents only}, so use the Rafflecopter tool below to enter! I'll announce the winner on Monday. Good luck!

I mean, how cute are these?!
