Thoughts for Thursday: My Can't-Live-Without-It Beauty Products

Don't we all have an arsenal of can't-live-without-it beauty products that we rely on wholeheartedly? I have tried and tested, tried to replace and keep coming back to these following products:

one || two || three || four

five || six || seven || eight

-ONE & TWO-
I've told y'all about my love for this shampoo and conditioner before, but y'all, I swear it's my favorite! I've tried so many shampoo and conditioner combinations, from super expensive to super cheap, and this is by far my favorite. I have very fine, thin hair and this makes it feel {and look} thick, gives it volume and smells amazing

-THREE-
I don't think I can ever go back to any regular hairbrush after using the Wet Brush! Since my hair is fine and thin, it gets tangly very fast. This brush doesn't hurt at all when I'm brushing my hair, and I practically rip through it sometimes…especially a couple of days after washing -- and teasing! I've had friends buy them for themselves, their kids, their nieces…I'm telling you. It's worth every penny!

-FOUR-
I've worn NARS Orgasm blush since college, and I can't go back. NYX makes a great dupe for only $5 {yes, seriously!} but I keep going back to NARS. It's the perfect color for my fair skin and lasts all day without having to reapply.

-FIVE-
I've also told y'all about my love for Clinique's Bamboo Pink Soft Shine Lipstick. I have worn this same color since high school and I just love it. It's a great color for my pale skin and I wear it year-round. Plus, accompany it with Clinique's Lip Blush Lipliner and I feel like it lasts a really long time without reapplying!

-SIX-
I've told y'all about my love of teased hair {read my how-to post here}. I'm from the South; I can't help it! I use this, along with the Teaze brush to really get my hair big. I mean, the higher the hair, the closer to God, right? ;)

-SEVEN-
I recently started wearing Bare Minerals Matte Foundation, and I LOVE it! It really covers my blemishes and imperfections, while also smoothing and evening out my skin. Plus, it lasts all day, and one container will last me six months. It's pricey, but it's worth every pretty penny.

-EIGHT-
I have used this eyeliner {in black-brown} since college and can't use another brand or type! It goes on very smoothly and lasts all. day. long. In fact, my dentist asked me the other day what type of eyeliner I use. She was super shocked when I told her "Revlon." Ha! I think she was expecting me to say some expensive department store brand. ;) It's the best and you can't beat the cheap price tag!

So what about you? What are your favorite, must-have, can't-live-without-them beauty products?

  1. I love that shampoo and conditioner! (I've been using the Moroccan argon oil ones in the blue bottle). I might have to try the ones you show here since I have thin and fine hair too.
    Love my black brown revlon eye liner! It's the best and so easy!

  2. I love that blush too! I've been wearing it since I was 16 and it is still my favorite :) I use the bare minerals mineral veil, but I haven't tried their foundation yet. I am still obsessed with their "complexion rescue" - it is amazing!
