Easy Peanut Clusters Recipe

I have told y'all before that I am not a baker. A cook? Yes. A baker? Not so much. I share that to reiterate to you that if I put "Easy" in the title, you can bet your bottom dollar that it will be just that: easy!

I make my Grammy's easy peanut clusters every Christmas as gifts for both mine and Brandon's colleagues, but since we have Walker now, they make great teacher gifts, too. Since Walker just moved up to the Infant II class last week, I thought these would be great for his new teachers. {See what I did for his Infant I teachers he's been with since April here.}

This year, I made them, put them in cellophane treat bags {from Dollar Tree}, tied them with baker's twine {from Michael's} and added this cute free printable {from here}. And there you go! Super easy and yummy.

Easy Peanut Clusters

Ingredients
-Dry Roasted Peanuts
-White Chocolate Almond Bark
-Milk Chocolate Almond Bark

Directions
1. In a large microwave safe bowl, break the almond bark into small chunks. Microwave for four minutes or until melted.
2. Pour in the dry roasted peanuts and stir.
3. Using a teaspoon, scoop out the peanut/chocolate mixture onto wax paper laid out on your counter.
4. Let dry for about 10 minutes and then enjoy!
