Happy Friday!

I'm linking up with April, Christina, Darci and Natasha for "Five on Friday"; Lauren for "High Five for Friday" and Amy and Karli for "Oh Hey, Friday!"

I am about 95 percent done with Christmas gifts, and man it feels great! Amazon Prime to the rescue, seriously. I already purchased wrapping paper, too, so this weekend will come with lots of wrapping {and storing until the tree goes up}!

However, I am having the hardest time finding something for my Dad for Christmas. He is a techie and loves gadgets. Anyone out there have any ideas?

I made Rachael Ray's Manchego Smashed Potatoes Wednesday night, and I'm basically still drooling over them. I substituted the Manchego cheese for goat cheese, and Brandon has requested they make an appearance at Thanksgiving this year. And as easy as these are, I'm all about that! Make these as soon as you can; I promise they don't disappoint!

Speaking of Wednesday night, we popped the cork on one of our wine bottles from our anniversary trip to Fredricksburg: Texas Hills Vineyard's 2011 Malbec! It was so amazing and made me want to transport right back to the Texas Hill Country right then and there.

It is finally feeling like November around here, which has me perusing Pinterest for some new fall looks. Here are a few of my recent favorites:

And, what's a Friday post without a Walker picture? "Kramer" over here was loving his post-bath so much the other night. {And this mama is thankful the toilet seat was cuh-losed.}

Hope y'all have a great weekend!
