Weekending

Happy Monday! I hope y'all had a great weekend. I'm linking up with Meghan and Biana today.

-THURSDAY-
My friend Laura was in town, so she stopped by to see us and meet Walker! She is wonderful, of course {duh!}, but even more wonderful is that she brought us dinner, wine and bourbon for Brandon! Love a friend who comes bearing gifts! :)

Walker absolutely adored her and could not quit flirting with her. Uh-oh!

-FRIDAY-
I took the day off because our bathroom renovation began! I'll do a full post on it tomorrow, but here is a little sneak peek into our weekend:

In between all of that, I managed to get my hair cut and get a manicure and pedicure. It was nice to have a little bit of "me" time!

-SATURDAY-
Brandon booked me an hour and a half hot stone massage as a sweet surprise! It was absolutely amazing and I am pretty sure I fell asleep at least three times. He played golf with clients on Saturday afternoon, so Walker and I picked up around the house and went to Target. It was a very nice, stress-free day...and after the Friday we had {more on that tomorrow!}, I will say that it was quite nice!

-SUNDAY-
We did our usual Sunday routine of early service church and then came home for lunch. The nursery workers said that Walker was so good in the church nursery, so that always makes this mama's heart happy!

Our painter canceled on us, so after lunch, Brandon and I decided to paint the bathroom ourselves. Y'all, if I never see a paint brush again for the rest of my life, I will be happy. Here's a little sneak peek of that:

I hope y'all had a great weekend! I'll be back with the bathroom before and after tomorrow!
