What We Ate This Week

I have so much weighing on my heart about the senseless tragedies that occurred this week, but I can't seem to find the words to express my feelings. Therefore, I'm just going to wait until the words come to write them out fully. I'll just ask that you pray for Boston and West. I truly can't imagine. 


It was a good food week in our house! Here's what I cooked: 

Blackened Salmon Sandwiches + sweet potato fries, pineapple and watermelon

Slow-Cooker Greek Chicken {in a pita} + hummus
