Faves for working out

I'm normally not a workout person. But per my last post, it was time to get my rear back to the gym.

Anyway, since I've been running, I really have been trying to find some really good running songs. Just because a song is upbeat does not mean it's a good running song, believe you me! And, I'm not crazy about rap, but some of it really does motivate me!

Here are some of my favorites {and don't you dare judge!}:

  • Macklemore: Can't Hold Us
  • Counting Crows: Accidentally in Love
  • Estelle: American Boy
  • Weezer: Buddy Holly
  • Pitbull: Calle Ocho
  • We The Kings: Check Yes Juliet
  • ABBA: Dancing Queen
  • Jay-Z: Empire State of Mind
  • Cee Lo Green: Forget You
  • Sean Kingston: Fire Burning
  • The Maine: Girls Do What They Want
  • Cobra Starship (feat. Leighton Meester): Good Girls Go Bad
  • Train: Hey, Soul Sister
  • Gwen Stefani: Hollaback Girl
  • Scissor Sisters: I Don't Feel Like Dancing
  • Black-Eyed Peas: I Gotta Feeling
  • NSYNC: Tearing Up My Heart
  • Fergie: Labels or Love
  • Fergie: London Bridge
  • Jimmy Eat World: The Middle
  • M.I.A.: Paper Planes
  • Michael Franti: Say Hey, I Love You
  • Metro Station: Shake It
What are some of your favorite workout/running songs?

  1. Ok, we are like the same person, so many of these are on my running playlist too! A few more for you:

Flo-Rida: Club Can't Handle Me (I literally break out into a grin when this song comes on)
Big & Rich: Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy
    David Guetta: Titanium

  2. What a fabulous playlist!! I need to download a few of those songs.
