Catch up

Holy moly, y'all. Last week flew by. I'm sorry I'm playing a little catch up, but here you go.

I have officially ordered and sent out all of our Christmas cards! Brown Paper Goods on Etsy is amazing and I highly recommend her. She was so easy to work with, speedy and just precious!

As I mentioned last week, my client's biggest event of the year, Snowball Express, was Friday. I was up at 5:30 a.m. on Friday making media calls and prepping for our events across the United States.

At least at that awful hour I had my cute little Christmas tree and favorite coffee cup to keep me company!

I hopped on one of the charter flights to San Antonio (SAT) and Killeen/Ft. Hood (GRK) and, per usual, had a ball.

How precious is this picture of Santa and Mrs. Claus in the cockpit of our Boeing 737?!

Every year I meet some of the most precious children, and Jonathan was no exception. How cute is he?!?!

After Snowball, my brother came in from Baylor to stay with us for the weekend. Can you totally tell a boy was in my guest room for two days?

Speaking of Baylor, SIC 'EM, BEARS! What a game against both Oklahoma State (football) and Kentucky (basketball). It's so fun to be a Bear.

Saturday night, my client was hosting another event, Seats for Soldiers, at American Airlines Center. My main client used to work for the Mavs, so he traded our nosebleed seats for some on the lower-level...and they were awesome!

Please excuse this hot mess photo of myself.

See, I told you they were good seats! And, the Mavs beat the Pistons, woo hoo!

On Sunday, everything caught up with me and I slept for 11 hours. In fact, Brandon had to wake me up...which never happens. But at least he did it bearing hot coffee and pumpkin bread!

I spent the afternoon running errands, cleaning the house and cooking supper.

Brandon won Cowboys tickets in a golf tournament raffle, so we all went to the game on Sunday night! {Yes, I am sports-out for the remainder of the year.}

We took Brandon's brother, Jeff...

...and my brother, Royden.

And the Cowboys beat the Eagles! I seriously must be good luck. ;)

On Sunday afternoon, I made these cute little presents for my work team members: Essie nail polish for their "mistleTOES." I thought they turned out pretty cute, and bonus? I didn't have to bake anything! :)

Hope your weekend was lovely, and I promise to be back to regular blogging soon.

xoxo
