Menu Friday

Happy Friday!

As you're reading this, we're on our way to Livingston for my "big little brother"'s high school graduation and 18th birthday. Yes, they're on the same day. Bless his heart! 

I'm so, so excited to see my family {been spending a lot of time with the in-law's lately, ha!}, but I am sad to leave sweet Oliver here by himself all weekend. 

Anyway, here's what we had to eat this week:

Sunday:
Baked Ravioli + salad and sourdough bread 

This was really pretty good. I used a mix between this recipe and this one and just kind of added and removed "ingredientses" as needed. 


Monday:
Easy Chicken Ranch Tacos + black beans and Spanish rice

I was a little skeptical about these at first, but once I took my first bite, I was hooked. My tip would be to definitely use the taco shells and not the soft tortillas. {I'm a texture person and I think that would be nasty.} Brandon really liked these too...he stole the leftovers! :)


Tuesday:

This was very easy and really tasty. And when I was preparing this, I realized I forgot to buy linguine {the main ingredient!} at the store. So, I called Brandon in a panic on his way home from work and made him stop by the store to pick some up. That's what husbands are for, right?! 

The only modification I made was that I used whole wheat linguine.  


Wednesday:
Leftovers 

Thursday:
We were supposed to eat leftovers, but I wasn't feeling it. So I made Brandon go get me Chick-Fil-A while I cleaned the house...with a glass of wine. What, you don't do that?
