Menu Friday

Happy Friday from the 16th floor of the Comerica Bank Tower.
{AKA: The place that pays me. AKA: My job.}

I've been here since 3:45 a.m. working on a client program. I'm tired.

But it was so amazing to see the sunrise over Fair Park this morning from my office window. And it was equally as nice to get a call from my sweet husband. Love him.


We had a messed. up. week of meal-making and eating, y'all. I am ashamed.

Sunday:

I loved this, but then again, I love the majority of Bethenny Frankel's recipes! This was a very light pasta dish; you can bet I'll be carrying this over into spring and summer because we all know that I love my carbs.


Monday:
I also made afore-mentioned Hummus Chicken. And I think I just gagged typing that.
It was so good, but made me so sick. Never making it again. E-V-E-R.

Tuesday:

Again, I'm slowly learning which blogger's recipes I'm falling in love with via Pinterest. Jenny is one. Nothing of hers is bad. Nothing.

This was a quick and easy meal. And who doesn't love a light tomato cream sauce?!


This is our last weekend before our own personal "March Madness" starts, so we're relishing it!

I'm getting off work early and taking a massive nap, Brandon and Austin are playing golf tomorrow while Jessica and I walk/talk, and we're going to church on Sunday.
