What I'm Loving Wednesday

Happy Wednesday!

This has been a {unexpectedly} crazy week and I'm shocked at how fast Wednesday has arrived. So, here are the things I'm loving today:

This photo of my Dad and sister taken at last weekend's Relay for Life. I'm sure that most of you reading know that my Dad was diagnosed with Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML) in 2005. At Relay for Life, there are things called Luminarias, which is a small bag with a light in it that honors those currently fighting (or have beat) the battle with cancer, and remembers those that have lost their battle. This photo was taken in front of my Dad's Luminarias during the very reverent Luminaria Ceremony.

If you're interested, you can read more about my Dad (and Mom)'s story here. Such wonderful parents I have. I am so blessed.

I am also loving my dry shampoo!

Can I tell you a secret? I haven't washed my hair since Monday.
{My husband thinks that's highly disgusting, but I think it's so super good for my hair and I've never had better hair days!}

I love this stuff

And, for the record, I'm planning to wash my hair in the morning. :)

Random I know, but I am obsessed with shrimp lately!

I don't know if it's because it's spring and I just want fresh, healthier meals or what, but let me show you my love for shrimp this week:

Monday (and for leftovers last night) we had this. Tomorrow we're having this (hello, Cinco de Mayo!). And this weekend we're having this.

Obsessed much?

And lastly, I'm so excited that I can {finally} wear white pants! Thank you Easter, for allowing this. I have a pair of white pants and a pair of crop white pants and I've worn them five times since Easter Sunday. Oops.

Happy Wednesday, all!
