my new dessert.

I love dessert. LOVE it. 

Bread pudding, creme brulee, yellow cake with chocolate icing, chocolate-covered strawberries, trifle, cookies, it.

But now that I'm on this "diet," my "dessert" is this:

One tablespoon of Smart Balance crunchy peanut butter with 1/4 teaspoon honey. (Which, by the way, is gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan...well, the peanut butter anyway. Fancy.)

Yum, right? {Hence the sarcasm.}

I always want something sweet after my meal, so this is just gonna have to do. Gotta love protein. 
BTW, I'll have you all know that this is in our little "Fruit Saucers" not some big ol' bowl! The camera angle makes it look huge! :)
